2009年 11月開始，美國政府已豁免持香港特區護照和 BNO護照人士，免簽證停留塞班島和關島不超過 45日。上述豁免簽證計劃前往關島和塞班島的人士，也必須同時帶備香港身份證。

Both BN(O) Passport and HKSAR Passport holders do not require a visa to travel to Saipan, providing that:
1. Their stay are no longer than 45 days.
2. They will not continue their trips to other portions of the U.S. except Guam or Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Please note that HKSAR Passport holder will require to show HKID.
