呢句句子有冇咩問題??d tense有冇錯?

除了001指出的文法改正全對外：
we have now completed(present perfect tense)...and(i.e.using the same tense) we have resumed..normal(adjective) prompt service(noun)....

你明不明白prompt這個字的意思/用意是其麼？不要每每見到人家的通告有這字便加。這個字是「快速」的意思，或口語的「會即刻做」的意思。

這句裏這個字實在不明所以，normal正常prompt快速service服務，你公司提供其麼服務會因裝修期間而不能正常地即刻提供，對比而言，如果快速的服務是「正常」，那麼「正常」+「快速」亦是重複。prompt這個字只會用於回應你/人的行為/行動。例如：I will promptly reply your inquiry.「我會好快地回覆你的查詢。」，I expect your prompt reply.「我期望你可以盡快回覆。」，His prompt return is expected/He promise to promptly return...for dinner.「他應承會準時回來吃晚飯。」...

最後，However作為句首，你先要留意前面是否有一件事跟之後所述的東西(服務回復正常了」為相反是表示。例如：Our delivery service was delayed for a month...(because of the renovation), 或 Our service centre was closed for a month...那麼這句才正確，否則很易寫錯意思的。

我會化繁為簡：

Upon the completion of the renovation, our serivce has resumed to normal.

只用一句動詞句子，表達主要告訴客戶的訊息是服務已經回復正常，其他的原因改作「子句」附上便可以了。

However, we have now completed(pp) the renovation

and (we) resumed our prompt[adj] service normally.


*已經完成時記住have/has/had + past participle=pp. 不是 + 一般時.


*and 之後的是 [同等的連句coordinate clause], 那subject=we 與 pv =have 是可減去的.不必重複.

次次都說: 我們已經xxxxx, 及我們xxxx. 那就好老套.
