Is it end of the line for me with an F on transcript?

I am failing Algebra 2 and will likely still have an F at the end of the year. I'm a slacker and just got fed up school around January and quit doing my homework. This along with the new curriculum (the teachers basically teaching it to themselves and us) and my teacher is sooooo boring.

So my question is I would like to go to college at Central Washington, WSU, UI, or possibly OSU cascades, with an F on my transcript will these colleges not accept me?

I have never failed another class, and my GPA is around a 3.0 with the F, all my other Juinor classes are A's and B's.
