In most states that's statutory rape. She doesn't get a choice of whether or not to prosecute, the state will prosecute, even if she wanted to have sex with him. She CANNOT consent to have sex, she's too young.

In my state it would be considered the same as if the 24 yr. old forcibly raped the 14 yr. old girl as she is not old enough to legally give consent. The adult male is expected to exercise the same restraint any adult would exercise around a child.

The male would be arrested and if it could be proven he would receive a mandatory sentence of 75 months with no time off for good behavior.

yes because even if the girl agrees to it shes still a minor and the guy will get arrested

Its a generic umbrella law, enforced by people with issues and agendas (Like CPS workers)
Some folks are more mature at a young age than others.

Unfortunatly, Many young men(?) of today do not have any scruples or good intentions for girls or women.

What needs to be reintroduced to todays youth is values and morals. If they had any, youthful relationships wouldnt be a problem.
