Firstly, find the x-axis of points of intersection of 2 lines.
y = x^2 +2
y =6

x^2 +2=6
x^2 =4
x =2 or -2

Integrate along x-axis:
Area
=∫(-2 to 2) ((6)-(x^2 +2)) dx
=∫(-2 to 2) (6-x^2 -2) dx
=∫(-2 to 2) (4-x^2) dx
=[4x-(x^3)/3] (-2 to 2)
=[4(2)-(2^3)/3]-[4(-2)-((-2)^3)/3]
=(8-8/3)-(-8-(-8/3))
=32/3

也可以用"Integrate along y-axis"的方法不過繁複d...
如果你想知道,我也可以做出來...
希望幫到你..
