I believe that it is different for every person.

Ideally, you want to go after something that you love very much, and at the same time be able to make a living.

Yes. Greed is good- Greed is right, greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind.

Unfortunately in this day and time it is very high on the list. But if you don't temper money with a genuine desire to help and care for and about others at the end of the day you may feel a little hollow.

Not for me. I couldn't do work if I didn't enjoy it.

It's up to you. If you value money over all else, go for it.

Only in monopoly, my friend. I'm not at all saying money isn't important. I've never not had money, and I'm only semi-happy. It might depend on your lifestyle, also. Religion plays a key role in this, too. I was raised Catholic, and in this sense succeeding is definitely not money, rather than pleasing God and what not. I would say happiness is the ultimate goal, bro. That's what I want.
