Any religion that prescribes the death penalty for apostasy is dangerous and violent.

Bukhari (52:260) - "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' "

Bukhari (83:37) - "Allah's Apostle never killed anyone except in one of the following three situations: (1) A person who killed somebody unjustly, was killed (in Qisas,) (2) a married person who committed illegal sexual intercourse and (3) a man who fought against Allah and His Apostle and deserted Islam and became an apostate."

Bukhari (84:57) - "[In the words of] Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"

Bukhari (89:271) - A man who embraces Islam, then reverts to Judaism is to be killed according to "the verdict of Allah and his apostle."

Bukhari (84:58) - "There was a fettered man beside Abu Muisa. Mu'adh asked, 'Who is this (man)?' Abu Muisa said, 'He was a Jew and became a Muslim and then reverted back to Judaism.' Then Abu Muisa requested Mu'adh to sit down but Mu'adh said, 'I will not sit down till he has been killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Apostle (for such cases) and repeated it thrice.' Then Abu Musa ordered that the man be killed, and he was killed. Abu Musa added, 'Then we discussed the night prayers'"

Bukhari (84:64-65) - "Allah's Apostle: 'During the last days there will appear some young foolish people who will say the best words but their faith will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have no faith) and will go out from (leave) their religion as an arrow goes out of the game. So, wherever you find them, kill them, for whoever kills them shall have reward on the Day of Resurrection.'"

Abu Dawud (4346) - "Was not there a wise man among you who would stand up to him when he saw that I had withheld my hand from accepting his allegiance, and kill him?" Muhammad is chastising his companions for allowing an apostate to "repent" under duress. (The person in question was Muhammad's former scribe who left him after doubting the authenticity of divine "revelations" upon finding out that he could suggest grammatical changes. He was brought back to Muhammad after having been captured in Medina).

Reliance of the Traveller (Islamic Law) o8.1 - "When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed." (o8.4 affirms that there is no penalty for killing an apostate).

What do you mean " first"?Christianity started in the garden of Eden when God told Adam that he would send Messiah( not Obama) to save man from the law of sin.All I know is that it was muslim freaks that kills people with bombs. islam, like christianity is a religion of violence and lies based on a book filled with lies and violence And I've read the qur'an, the whole thing, not just the party you think I should read. I've also read a few biographies about Mohammed. so please don't say I'm ignorant.

It was the vehicle of Muslim achievements in combining reason and faith, accumulating useful knowledge and creating the experimental method that subjected Europeans to get out of their "Dark Ages" and into the renaissance. Regarding this fact, Robert Briffault in his book, "The Making of Humanity" states:
"It was under the influence of the Arabs and Moorish revival of culture and not in the 15th century, that a real renaissance took place. Spain, not Italy, was the cradle of the rebirth of Europe...Science is the most momentous contribution of Arab civilization to the modern world; but its fruits were slow in ripening. Not until long after Moorish culture had sunk back into darkness did the giant, which it had given birth to, rise in his might. It was not science only which brought Europe back to life. Other and manifold influence from the civilization of Islam communicated its first glow to European Life."

I personally learned this in personal interaction with muslims in their own countries... in their streets, in their mosques, in their cafes, and in their homes.......

I think it will be the basis for the One World Religion of the Tribulation of 7 years. the True Christians will be gone. The Mahdi is the same as the Antichrist and Islam will welcome him as the solution to all things.

Secondly, as a reply for this Question, I am a Moslem Young lady, and I am Against That Islam would be the First and Last religion, Cause we are living in a diverse world with people of different beliefs, No one can force another to practice a faith, Every human being is having the tools to think and decide the right way to God, With respecting the others in the same time. Moreover, Allah in Quran had asked us to Mix with people of different cultures and backgrounds,

"Chapter 49: (13) O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things)."

I am Against all who Said that Islam is the first and Last religion, And also Against all those who offended Islam... All those terroristic actions done in different places in the world are done by "Extremists " who mistakenly used the Name of Islam.

no it is not a dangerous religion. People don't take the time to learn the truth about it before judging. It makes sense to me and I like and believe in what I have learned so far :)
