If you have the control of the Domain name (it mean you have the domain acc access right, like Godaddy.com) you just simply change the DNS server address of your new Hosting space.

If you not the domain name control. ur domain was "ask someone do for you" than u need to tell the person or company give them the new hosting space DNS to reconnect the "Domain name to the right hosting space"
