As the mighty typhoon swept across the city, every living soul who dared to cross his path was treated with no mercy. The wind roared like the giant seeing Jack and rushed at me, not unlike the way arrows flew at Zhuge Liang's boats that misty night, so many years ago. As the forceful arrows struck, the air force composed of fierce raindrops invaded, making 'plop' sounds like that of beans jumping on a saucepan as they did. They landed softly on every surface imaginable, on which they happily spread and which they infiltrated with pleasure. I could feel my clothes stuck to my skin one moment because of the rain, then being blown off another moment because of the wind. The only relief in this disagreeable situation was that the wind blew away the pollution that would normally have intruded into my lungs.
