Why after adding ZnCl2 (in conc.HCl), CH3CHOHCH3 change to CH3CHClCH3 and gives turbidity in a few minutes?
Why after adding ZnCl2 (in conc.HCl), CH3CH2CH2OH has no observable change ?

as i mentioned in another question of yours, Sn1 is more favorable -- due strongly ionic and polar medium given by presence of conc. acid and salt) for the reaction.

CH3CHOHCH3, or propan-2-ol, is a secondary alcohol. carbocation formed is not very stabilized, so reaction can be slow.

CH3CH2CH2OH, propan-1-ol is a primary one. rate of Sn1 for primary alcohol is even slower (as cation is even less-stabilized).
