They always wait until the last minute to do their work. They were struggling at that point and received help from others so that they could finish the assignment, but these people just never learn. They continue to do the same thing afterward: leaving assignments until the deadline approaching. They were just hanging out, having fun during the spare time. What's wrong with these people?

they're just like teenagers i guess, the frontal lobe in their brains isn't fully developed yet. that makes it hard for people to plan things (like you see with teenagers), but it could ust be their nature/character though
