You may present in the format below:


1) Introduction --- State briefly the objective of this project and why you would like to choose this topic.


2) Background Information --- A few historical information about it, quoting some previous survey or study results conducted by universities / institutions, etc.


3) Content --- Most important part of your report. You should introduce your survey methods, sampling methods and present in details your data in both tables and diagrams.


4) Analysis --- Based on 3), you need to undergo detailed analysis on the collected data for making some concrete and convincing arguments / conclusions. Make suggestions whenever appropriate.


5) Conclusion --- Write a page of conclusions about the findings, the areas of improvement for this survey, etc.


6) Evaluation --- You can add some self-evaluations to reflect yourself the feeling, what you have learnt, etc.
