如果想讀外國嘅master,
咁你個top up 喺邊到讀都應該唔係好大問題

但係hk 嘅大學唔一定承認你喺外國讀嘅top up degree,
所以唔一定會收你讀master
(有d可能要你有3年相關工作經驗先考慮俾你讀)

所以, 如果你已經有目標想讀嘅master (係喺hk), 你可以打電話去問下, 如果你喺 UPPER IOWA UNIVERSITY 讀top up degree 承唔承認, 又問下如果係 hku top up 會唔會唔同, 佢地應該答到你.

其實除咗hku 嘅top up degree, 你可以睇下其他hk 嘅大學嘅psycho degree 呀, 雖然可能唔係top up, 多一年先可以畢業, 但係之後可以揀嘅master 就會多好多, 同埋可以讀你有興趣嘅科..

因為宜家外國嗰d top up degree 太多, 讀完出嚟 hk d 大學有d都唔當你係degree 畢業 (我妹妹就係咁), 搞到好難入master

Based on your situation, I would suggest studying in Upper Iowa University.

Due to limited quotas of undergraduate, transferring to HKU Top Up Degree is quite hard. However, there is quite a lot of quotas in other countries, including US, thus you have a better chance to transfer to Upper Iowa University

I think subject is more important than you. You choose this subject is because you like that subject and you may want to have a career after graduation. So subject is always a priority. After that, you can start thinking of which school you want to go. Since HKU only offers Criminal Psychology, if you are not interested in that field, why you want to take that class. If you have enough amount of money to study abroad, and the school offers that program that you want, I would rather going to Upper Iowa University than HKU.
