First of all, let me highlight those bottom Band 2 and all Band 2 schools in Shatin district for references.

From your five mentioned school, 馮堯敬 has very good discipline because its discipline team are famous in MOS and even those naughty guys afraid to make troubles there. The atmosphere there is okay except, the students learn ineffectively from this school. The teachers are good in discipline control but fair only in teaching quality.


楊葛小琳 is in Lung Hang Estate which is also acceptable in discipline. The kids there are in general willing to accept advice and not troublemakers. The others can be ignored for their discipline problems are wide-known.


Among my list, you can also consider 香港中文大學校友會聯會陳震夏中學 and 五育中學. The first one is in MOS but its discipline is very good in the region. The students are eager to participate in ball teams. The latter one has changed the principal ( Mr. Lin ) who was the discipline head of 馮堯敬 before. He is trustful and the school is now undergoing a lot of guidance programmes to improve its disciplines. Both are considerable.
