The basis of culture and civilization is education.Some cities always to fall behind others because they do not have good education.The education is a main factor to change the quality of the city. Education is important for the economic growth of the city.People with high education level can get more job opportunities and wider choice of jobs. The people with low education level always work in primary industry and secondary industry.That will hinder the developing of the city. The people with higher education level always work in tertiary industry.That can boost the economic growth of the city. For example, Hong Kong. Eventually, that will increase the living standard of people and quality of the city.
