Not women as a gender, but minority groups tend to HAVE female members.

First, statistically the ratio of male to female is about equal, with about 51.4% of births being male. which means that women are not a minority. Second, your grammar is atrocious, "ARE women part of A minority group?"

Not at all. Not only do they have a numerical majority, but they are not underprivileged or lacking influence in any way.
