我買咗隻叫NANA& TAKA 智樂魚奧米加3果味魚油, 佢成份寫EPA 90mg, DHA 60mg, 同我自己大人食開嘅份量啱啱一半, 係咪小朋友吾可以吸收太多?

Children could and should intake omega 3, it is very good for their brain growth and development. In addition to that, child should take vitamin D as well. Vitamin D is a very essential substance for their bone health. also, it will boost up their immune system and it also prevent cancer. so i strongly recommend everyone to take vitamin D.
