Subject : Changing of final exam date

About the postponement notice : to inform us need to attend the final exam on 20 Jun 2010 at Tuesday morning. I understand my classmates are very busy in under tight city , so we may absence the exam.

I would like to collect our opinion then prefer what date and time of exam. When we will have a common consent . I will send message Mr. Tang to confirm the new date prompty.

唔好意思要說全篇的文法和句式以及寫的對象講法都不妥。實在無法每樣指出，試看看改寫吧。你是寫給你同學吧...

We have been infomed to attend the final exam on 20 Jun 2010 (Tuesday) morning. I understand you are all very busy with your normal working schedule, so some of us may not be able to take the exam on this date.

I would like to collect your opinion on a preferred date and time for the exam. When we come up with an agreement. I will send message Mr. Tang to confirm the new date prompty.
