而本人今年8月18歲(即申請到成人身份証)
請問我是否符合資格?

The answer is "No".
All eligible people who can receive $ 6,000 must be Hong Kong authorized citizens who are aged 18 or above on or before 1st July 2011.
According to your given information, your birthday is in August, which means you are still 17 on 1st July 2011. Hence, you are regrettably unable to receive this amount of money.

應該不符合，因為你係2011年8月 先 至18歲。
