事實係咪卵巢多囊症?

之前照卵巢出左以下報告，個醫生話我有卵巢多囊症，治療左半年，再照時冇哂D囊，但穩定幾個月後月經又不規則。後來我仔細睇返當時份報告好似冇確實講明我係有呢個症?
我英文唔太好，希望大家幫我睇睇份報告係咪話我唔係卵巢多囊症? 謝謝。


The uterus is anteverted.
it measures 7.4 cm in length.
No focal lesion detected.

The endometrium is not thickened (7.1mm).

There is a 1.5 X 0.9 X 1.7 cm cyst noted in the right ovary which is probably physiological.
The left ovary measures 2.6 X 1.6 X 1.9 cm and is unremarkable.

No Fluid in POD.

Impression:
Probable physiological cyst in the right ovary.
