Wargame Club is definitely available for my students have just visited it 2 weeks ago to purchase some chesses. It has many expensive chesses here for sales, occupying over half of its floor area.

Jolly Thinkers is exist as well but it is some private residential area and so you cannot visit it freely unless the flat owner is there.

My comment is: Why do not you phone each company one by one? As you also have the phone numbers, you can call each of them to check its validity and check its latest address.
