有個難題想問聰明的你地 ,,
係醫院 , 如果一個醫生係一個病人的藥紙 寫
Panadol q4h .... 但prn if fever(>37.3度)
難題 : 我12pm夠鐘派左一次Panadol 俾patient , 但佢2點量到37.5有fever我又未夠鐘 派bo ... 驚overdose ... 但patient又有fever ...
咁我點做好 =[ =[ =[

有fever先q4h派PanadolLet say if panadol is prescribed as regular medication, then wait until the next dosage
