mac book pro 洗機＆ file問題

重裝當然係拎唔返之前既資料啦。當然，唔係100﹪無方法，只係mac機比較麻煩，可以上網搵救檔軟件或出面救資料既公司，但兩個方法都要用錢，後者成功率較高，但收費較貴。

至於你係硬碟D檔案，你睇睇容量大小，睇下係咪截徑。如果係既話，拎去邊度都幫你唔到。

1. "application" -> "utilities" -> "Disk utilities " -> Frist Aid

Select Disk Utility from Installer menu.
In the left panel, select the volume you want to repair. In the right panel, click on First Aid tab.
Click on the Verify Disk button to begin a verification process.
Select Repair Disk to fix the problems of selected volume.

2. Time Machine

Following the initial backup of your entire Mac, Time Machine automatically makes incremental backups every hour, every day, copying just the files that have changed since your last backup. And it does this all in the background, so you can continue working while Time Machine is busy copying your files. Time Machine saves the hourly backups for the past 24 hours, daily backups for the past month, and weekly backups for everything older than a month.
