✔ 最佳答案
1. Could you give the name of the 報導 ?
In this particular example of sentence construction, "It may help save us from...." is in the style of American English. In British English it is more likely to use 'to save' or the gerund 'saving':
It may help to save us from ......
or, It may help saving us from.........

2. In this context, 'sticking to' means 'keeping to' or 'following'

Sticking to hospital guidelines means keeping to or following their guidelines

Pepe Poirot is right. "Help" can be followed by a gerund, a "to" infinitive, or a "bare" infinitive.
For those who laugh at others, my only suggestion to them is to hold off a bit. The sooner you laugh, the riskier it is to be caught wrong, and looking like an idiot.
