有兩個可能原因.

(1)
這間大學的傳統是頒 Arts degree. 舉例說, 我的一個朋友曾經在英國牛津大學唸 Microbiology, 而牛津大學的傳統是頒 Arts degree 的, 所以縱使 Microbiology 是屬於 science subject, 他畢業時所獲頒的學位也是 Bachelor of Arts. 同樣道理, 如果你所說的那間大學的傳統是頒 Arts degree, 便會有 Bachelor of Arts in Computing 的出現.

這所大學認為讀 Computing 寫 programme 是一種藝術, 所以便有 Bachelor of Arts in Computing
