From now on, I will ask some english questions for those I found is hard from newspaper, article, movies, or even lyrics every day.

Hope it can increase my English, and thank you for everyone helping me!

1) Cheung hopes employers andworkers can resolve their problems and reach a consensus on "lawful,sensible and reasonable grounds" if existing employment terms are unclear,or if firms have genuine financial problems. (請問genuine 不是形容詞嗎? 這句用法有否錯誤?)

correct.
... firms have genuine (adj.) financial (adj.) problems (n.)

both of the adjectives are used to modify the noun (problems).

Genuine: yes, it is adjective. There is no problem. The adjectives "genuine" and "financial" both describe the noun "problems".
