請問在物業買賣中,公司查冊上面的秘書可以簽合約嗎?還是只有董事可以簽名,如一間公司有2個或以上的董事,是否只需其中一位簽約便可?

Normally, NO, even the person is the company secretary of the company.

As this is an important transaction of a company, it has to be approved by the Board of Directors. In the minutes of the meeting, there must has a resolution to authorise the director(s) to sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement and the Assignment Deed thereafter. This has to be in line with the Articles of Association of the company whether one director could sign any legal document or not.
As this property transaction will be handled by solicitors, you should consult him for legal arrangement.
