tutors for English oral skills

I am seeking for private tutors(native speakers preferred) for English oral skills such as intonation and fluency, and wanting to pick up a British accent. Just for daily purpose not for exams. Any one could give suggestions? And please list the rate as well.

You won't need an accent of any type for exams, as long as you are fluent, calm and accurate on your pronunciation you will do absolutely fine.I am not a native speaker, but a friend of mine(a guy) grew up in Canada(american accent) who's been private tutoring english in HK, if you are interested, maybe I could help you contact him, what's your budget?
