I've seen them at the Temple Street Night Market. Also, you might consider going to the Hong Kong Observatory and asking there.

in most of the electronic appliances store(s) among Tsim Sha Tsui area. TST = the touist's district 4 shopping, dining, harbourview......hotels.......n everything. or the biggest electronic store in HK = Fortress. they r 100% honest. if u r buying from those TST small shops........make sure u chk out a few shops to compare abt the price / brand.
