A trip to London and Europe

I am study in London. This year is my final year. I would like to travel to Europe with my friend in this summer. I am planning about the itinerary, but it is quite difficult for me, because I have no experience. Is there anyone can give me some ideas? My friend is coming from Hong Kong and they will stay in the UK for 2 weeks. During those two weeks, I will probably bring them visit different attractions in London for 2 days. I am wondering about the rest of days……………..I have been looking up the coaching and cruising to Europe, but I have no idea which one is better for us? Some people said cruising is better, because you will feel more comfortable than sitting in the coach and you can have different entertainments. However, it might only pop us nearby the port and won’t have enough time for us, we might have to hurry in each destination. In the other hand, if we go by coach, we might exhausted about changing the accommodation every day, and rest of time will stay in the coach by one destination to the other. It must be very tired. The other thing is I would like to go France Disneyland. However, I couldn’t find the cruising go Disneyland. Shall we give up this or go for few days France.Sigh, it is very annoying. Hope anyone can give me some ideas, cheers………………….

First of all, you have to decide "Where you want to go" !!! That's the most important and the first question you have to solve. Means of transportation is not the major concern at this moment.

Your friends from HK will stay in the UK for 2 weeks, how about the European continent? Will they go there together? How long is your holiday in total, 2 weeks, or even 4 weeks?

Actually, you guys can spend around 3 - 4 days in London city, there is enough sightseeing points to keep you guys staying in London, and then you may consider going to nearby area, such as Greenwich, Windsor, Oxford etc. You can base in London and travel to those cities easily.

Then you can take Eurostar, or flight from London to Paris, which takes only 3 hours and stay for 4 - 5 days. If you still have time to travel, you may consider to Belgium and Holland by train (takes around 4 - 5 days in total) or Italy by train (takes around 9 days in total). We cannot help you to set up a whole plan as we have no information about your planning.

So, please find out "where you want to go" and "how long you can travel" first. After that, come here and ask again, I am sure someone here must help you.

What you should do is eliminate your destinations.

You can't finish the entire Europe in 2 weeks.

As soon as you can determine where exactly you are going, it will be way much easier to plan.
