Dear Sir, I take the liberty to enquire whether there is any vacancy for a clerk existing at present in your esteemed company.I understand that your firm is expanding so rapidly that you are often short of staff, and I venture to write to you withthe hope that should you really be in need of a clerk, I should be most grateful if you would allow me to render myhumble services to you company. I am 18-year-old and a graduate of XXX College, IVE where I gained the XXX diploma in accounting last year. Although travelling is one of my hobbies, I shall further my studies in accounting in future. I am sure I can handle office routine with ease once I get used to it.
