請問如果要揀在香港修讀英國的人力資源Top-up programme，該揀Northumbria或是Hudderfield？

比我會選擇local degree
例如hkbu cie 之 Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management

ps.:香港政府是不認可oversea degree degree的，除非你過到hkcaavq評審，如要報中大master，oversea degree degree畢業生一定要過hkcaavq評審先會考慮
