1) no need to add "ed", "roast beef" is the correct term. ("roast" is used as an adjective here, so it's okay).
2) "on" can't be used here; it has to be "in Tsim Sha Tsui", because the restaurant is within the Tsim Sha Tsui area.
3) You can insert the sentence right after the menu, and combine it with the other sentence about sharing fond memories in the course.
...... and dessert for dinner. For entertainment, there will be karaoke, lucky draw, games, and lots of chats about the fun time we had together in this course.
