I assume you have your annual leave, so you better put it this way:

I would like to take part of my annual leave for four days to attend a church seminar.

The church seminar is held from 18 May 2011 to 21 May 2011 ( inclusive ) in Macau.
The seminar is important for me because it is about latest trend in teaching how to be a priest and it would be very useful to me. I will appreciate it if you could grant me this opportunity to attend the seminar.

(Miss) Mary will be handling my work on these four days while I am away for the seminar. If you have any query, you can contact (Miss) Mary at 5324 6574.

NB: Miss Mary is incorrect, instead, you should write Miss Mary Wong
or Miss Wong. (Miss must follow by a surname.)
