評估成效 - 急!

請問有沒有人知道除了 Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model 外, 還有其他同類的 models 嗎? 謝謝!

Could someone give me some models that are used to evaluate the effectiveness of a certain training or education programme other than the Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model? Thank you.

P.S. I am currently writing a proposal that requires me to give practical and simple criteria to evaluate an e-learning programme. I want to have some names of such models so that I can search for more information according to my own interest. THX

I have just finished reading this book.
Dalton, K. (2010). Leadership and Management Development: Developing Tomorrow's Managers. Harlow, England: Financial Times Prentice Hall.

If you only want some names of training evaluation models, there is a lot of discussion in Chapter 14 of the book. The Hamblin Model and the Bramley Model are like Kirkpatrick's model. In addition, there are also the Easterby-Smith Model, the Business Excellence / EFQM Excellence Model and Guba's fourth generation evaluation.
