這句完全正確.不錯 ban the sale of any products是"什麼產品都禁賣"的意思. 但"除了醫療用品和食物(excepting medical supplies and food.).( 此處用動詞except現在分詞excepting 不用前置詞except.)sanctions是制裁令.全句翻譯是:
制裁令禁止除了醫療用品和食物外任何產品的售賣.

我這樣寫打可以嗎?

excepting和except的分別不是古老與否,而是excepting是現在分詞動詞,except是前置詞.用 excepting更能加強语氣,但不是造作。

這例句正確，不過有點古老英文文法，現代一點的寫法只需要except xxx and yyy便可以了，用excepting反而覺得有點造作。
