我又覺得沒有當年的英國就沒有今日的香港

英國講制度, 法治, 透明度高, 自由度高; 中國不講制度, 人治, 貪污, 無自由; 香港好彩是之前

給英國統治過, 制度一早訂下來, 人們知道自己的權利.
