"What says you" 是發表完自己的意見而又想聽另一個人表態時用的

"What says you?" is a corruption (grammar) of "what say you?"

or "What do you say ?" or "What do you think?"

This phrase should not be used, as it may be construed as poor grammar !

What says you? = wrong

What do you say? = 現在式
What did you say? = 過去式
What have you said? = 現在完式
