點解我部 iPhone4 upgrade 咗 iOS4.3, 依然係無 Wifi Personal hotspot 功能?
我已經係 Settings 同埋 Settings > General > Network 入面揾過, 都係無.
我用緊 PCCW 無限 Plan, 唔知關唔關事?
希望能有高人師兄指點.

我都試過你呢個問題，我本身有三部IPHONE 4，兩部有，一部沒之後我上4。3個陣都係沒！
但後來我係ITUNE個到連左IPHONE之後，有個叫回復（你做之前最好備份），之後回復出廠設計就會出現番，之後再將備份的資料入回IPHONE就沒事^^
我試過係WORK的^^

go to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network > Internet Tethering, type "PCCW" in the APN field, no need to fill in username and password fields. Then wait for a while, "personal hotspot" should appear in the Settings menu.
