個 meets 解什麼??點解有 S ..
meet解 satisfy滿足 或 achieve達到. meet是verb,'this information'是第三生單数, 所以加s.

"I trust this information meets with your requirements." does not mean "I trust this information." The sentence is better understood as " I trust that this information meets with your requirements."('that' is often omitted without changing the meaning of the sentence.)
