Do you know who I am? - correct
Do you know who am I ? - incorrect

When a question ( e.g. Who am I ?) becomes a clause of another sentence, the word order should be inverted.


Other examples:

Where is it? - Correct question

I don't know where it is. - Correct

I don't know where is it. - incorrect

'Do you know who am i?' is correct

In my opinion, "'Do you know who I am?'' is more widely used than the other oe. However, 'Do you know who am I?' is also acceptable.

when you use questions:
you should use: Do you know who am I?

when you write a simple sentence:
you should use: (You) know who I am.
