Directors' Bonus

It was resolved that

1. A cash bonus be hereby given to Mr. ABC on or before 11.11.2011
2. No bonus be hereby given to Mr. XYZ.

Note: As this is a directors' meeting, the business has to be presented to the AGM for shareholders' approval and adoption.

The bonus to Mr. XYZ as approved in the Meeting of Directors on 11.10.2011 be hereby withdrawn and it was further resolved that no bonus be hereby given to Mr. XYZ.
