The answer is no.

There is no radiation associated with the operation of an induction cooker. Induction cooker makes use of electromagnetic induction to heat up the pot, which in turn heats up the food as in a conventional oven. The food is thus cooked by the heat from the pot. No radiation is involved in the food heating.
