a.show that x+3 is a factor of ((x+2)^2n+3)+1,where n is a postive integer.b.if n is postive integer,determine whether (2008^2n+3)+1 is divisble by 2009.Explain your answer!識做a part,要b part答案,thx!

Using the result of part (a), we have:
((x+2)^2n+3)+1=(x+3)Q(x)...(*)
where Q(x) is some polynomial for any real number x,

Say, putting x=2006 into ...(*)
(2008^2n+3)+1=2009Q(2006)

Hence, (2008^2n+3)+1 is divisble by 2009
