Using the result of part (a), we have:((x+2)^2n+3)+1=(x+3)Q(x)...(*)
where Q(x) is some polynomial for any real number x,
Say, putting x=2006 into ...(*)
(2008^2n+3)+1=2009Q(2006)
Hence, (2008^2n+3)+1 is divisble by 2009
