我們會盡快重新開過張支票。

10月,12月的佣金支票是用平郵及掛號方式郵寄,
可惜貴公司至今仍未能成功收到,由於寄失支票,
我們是要支付每張$100的Stop payment 費用,在這情怳下,
為免日後再有寄失郵件,請問有沒有其他方法可清付佣金給貴司?
若仍然採用郵寄方式,貴司 可否承擔寄失支票郵件後要支付的
stop payment 的費用??12月的佣金支票是用掛號寄出,
但結果貴司仍是未能收到,若要重開支票,貴司能否承擔
stop payment的費用?

10月,12月的佣金支票是用平郵及掛號方式郵寄,The commission cheques for the months of October and December is posted by means of surface mail and registered mail 可惜貴公司至今仍未能成功收到,由於寄失支票,, but your company had not yet received them. Because of lost, we need to pay $100 bank charge each to stop the cheque payments.

We will issue the check again as soon as possible. The commission checks for the month of October and December are sent by registered mail, yet your company have not received them as of today. Since the checks are lost in mail, we have to pay $100 for stop payment of each checks. Under this condition, is that another option to pay your company for the commission? If your company do not receive the payment, would you take responsibility for the stop-payment charge?Please advise.
