I was informed through your Sales Manager, Mr. Ming, that your company would wish to have a USD100,000 Advertisement Contribution. Our company’s turnover has been reducing since 2009 till 2011, which includes our HK retail, wholesales and your company’s order also. The reduction is as high as 60%. With the rise in RMB value and increase in production cost, plus the fluctuation in ¥(JD), of which most of our source of materials. These have imposed extreme hard time for our business. Given, our annual turnover in 2011 before return and extra discount USD1,000,000, minus bonus USD20,000, equals USD980,000, we may allow 1.5% contribution, i.e. USD14,700, for this year. If our business can still maintain at this level, we will continue to contribute about 1.5% for the coming year advertisement. I hope you realize our hardship in running this business and accept this contribution amount with our best regards. We will discuss with our Alan at the Sales Dept. for the terms of payment arrangement. In the mean time, we await your acceptance.
