如去外國搭經濟位,用盡了23KG寄艙額,如手提上機行李只限帶7KG,但我偷雞想帶20KG上機被地勤/空姐癸現,我當然要比超額錢寄艙.......問:我要怎辦寄艙手續呢?在地勤櫃檯前辦理就可以嗎?....

It depends on when the Ground Agent discovers.1. If the Ground Agent discovers when you check-in, the process will be done when you are checked-in.
2. If the Ground Agent discovers when you board, the Ground Agent will "Gate-Check" your luggage.
