well let me start with exercising
if you can bike for 30 min 3 days/ week it will help otherwise walk for 1hour 3 days/week
avoid food high in carbohydrates and fats. don't eat anything that has the word hydrogenated fats/oils on it .
a diet high in protein will help you to lose that weight .
do not fry !
do not drink high sugar beverages!!( coke...) and also alcohol
avoid juices and go for fruits , as a snak you can only eat 1 piece .
as for the best food choice i'd go for egg salade( without mayonaise sauce or with diet mayonaise),
watch out for your calories intake. drink more water less caffeine
