I think its bad to force yourself to be anorexic trying to meet some standard that simply does not exist for most women, as they try to look like magazine models, that LITERALLY dont exist, as they are almost always edited, and have been the entire time - its NOT a new thing.
If that is your natural size, you eat a "normal" balanced diet, and get a healthy amount of physical exercise, no, I dont think thats bad. If you starve yourself and exercise 12 hours a day to be that weight, YES, its INCREDIBLY bad.
Not to mention that people at HEALTHY weights are called fat because they dont meet the standard set by the media. Sure, they may need to tone up, work out, get in better shape. But someone at a size 6 or even 8 or 10 or 12 or 14, etc, isnt FAT.
And even if they are fat, at that size or bigger, the public insinuation that its a horrible mark on their personality or abilities or worth as a person is worse than the fact that they are fat.
