Alright, so I'm in freshman year, and this guy was racist to me last year and was cappin on my sister, and recently he told me to go join my brother. he died of cancer last year, and the whole thing really pissed me off. I confronted him but he didnt try to fight or say sorry, just acted like a dick, and i want to punch a hole in him. What would happen if i fought him at school, after school, or away from school? And How should I go about this? Also, everyone at school pretty much supports me, I have evidence of him saying this stuff, and my mom also supports me. I'm 14, would i get in trouble with the law?

Yeah, but you know, he said **** about my dead brother, and there has to be a line somewhere. I don't remember anyone else who said something like that.
