Alright, so I'm in freshman year, and this guy was racist to me last year and was cappin on my sister, and recently he told me to go join my brother. he died of cancer last year, and the whole thing really pissed me off. I confronted him but he didnt try to fight or say sorry, just acted like a dick, and i want to punch a hole in him. What would happen if i fought him at school, after school, or away from school? And How should I go about this? Also, everyone at school pretty much supports me, I have evidence of him saying this stuff, and my mom also supports me. I'm 14, would i get in trouble with the law?

You could be charged with assault. I don't blame you one whit, though. Do it when you can get him alone, but don't hurt him too bad, and don't come away with any marks. Your word against his. I can't believe I'm typing this. Be careful.

Tiger, the coments about ya brother is not a reason to thump. I hate cats like this too! They hide behind law and talk sh*t. You gotta find away to humilate this guy without touching him becuase you're the prime suspect if anything happens to him. I suggest you piss in a cup, hold it like a actual drink, walk by him and throw it in his face and keep walking. Keep walking away at your normal pace and dont run. Plot out your route so there is a garbage can around so you can get rid of the cup. If he run's up to you it looks like he's the aggressor and then you whip that ***. Its all about perception! Nah, im kiddn just chill!

If you messed him up bad enough, you could go to Juvenile Detention, whether or not it was in or out of school, because the way this kid sounds, he'd snitch the moment you laid a finger on him. Go report this harassment to the principal or your police liaison officer if your school has one. Harassment on grounds of skin color are not tolerated in ANY SCHOOL. If your principal doesn't do anything about it, he should be fired. Anyway, if he continues harassing you, report him again. If that still doesn't get him off your back, just tell him to get a life and stop poking fun at you because he's insecure with his own life.
But don't try to fight him unless you REALLY have to. It will just make things worse.
